| If you are bringing a group of any size, please make a reservation, because we base our staffing upon reservations.
For Appointment Only days, although we try to accomodate all requests, we prefer to have several days notice. That way we have time to make arrangements, schedule staff, etc. Also, a deposit is required.
Also, for Appointment Only days, you usually must have at least 10 players, and we must have a $10 per player deposit.
Sunday reservations must be 1pm or later unless you have set up something with us directly.
Group discounts only apply to groups on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
To guarantee availabilty of rentals and/or confirm the reservation, we will need a $10 non-refundable deposit per person ($100 max).
Once the reservation is entered, the system will allow you to pay through Google Checkout. If you are not comfortable with Google checkout, you can also
call 270-792-6246 and give credit card number or stop by the field. A paid deposit will simply come off your total bill, and it is possible to reschedule reservations if necessary with advanced notice.
Full payment a week in advance entitles the group to an extra 500 rounds of paint for every 10 pre-paid players.
If your number of participants changes significantly, please let us know so we can properly prepare for your group.
