| To schedule a group on a day other than our normal hours (Friday 1-5, Saturday 10-5),
you must have at least 10 players and we must have a $10 per player deposit. Actually, on Sunday, you can have any number of players, but still
must pay the deposit.
Group discounts only apply to groups on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
To guarantee availabilty of rentals and/or confirm the reservation, we will need a $10 non-refundable deposit.
This usually not necessary unless you have a group of 10 or more, or having the event on a day other than normal hours.
Once the reservation is entered, the system will allow you to pay through Google Checkout. If you are not comfortable with Google checkout, you can also
call 270-796-4120 and give credit card number or stop by the field. A paid deposit will simply come off your total bill, and it is possible to reschedule reservations if necessary with advanced notice.
If your number of participants greatly changes, please let us know so we can properly prepare for your group.
